The Inscription tie-in for switching specs on the fly is kind of neat; let's hope that the material requirements aren't that onerous. You'll usually be able to count on having an Inscriber in a 25-man raid, but 10-mans might not be that lucky. It does fit in with everything else they've been saying...

That sounds like a change for arenas to me. Hurricane, being a channeled spell that only affects a certain spot, is all but useless in arenas. It's actually pretty useless in almost all PvP situations, with the exception of the bottlenecks in AV.
