Here's a cool post with current Beta Hunter dps, not exact but gives you an idea.

With the latest changes to survival, I thought it would be a good idea for me to evaluate all three hunter specs for PvE damage output and see how they compare. I've been a survival hunter a long time and I much prefer the spec, but I'm concerned about the current state of things. What I found greatly concerned me. In my tests, BM came out about 200 dps consistently ahead of survival. Marks was coming out about 150 dps ahead. This is a pretty huge gap, and I expect BM would actually increase the gap in a situation in which full raid buffs were available due to their effect on pet dps.

All my tests were run completely unbuffed with the exception of aspect of the hawk and a flask of relentless assault (I forgot to take it off before I started my tests so I made sure I just had one for each). My gear is currently mostly Naxx and heroic badge level epics with 3 fairly good quality high level blues (shoulder, cloak and ring) and the quickstrider moccasins. All gear is enchanted, mostly with the new WotLK enchants.

I tested every time with my level 80 moth pet (I am also level 80). I don't have any other pets to test with right now, although I hear that the cat is currently doing more damage than it should. Every test was run for exactly 2 minutes and when I ran below 1k mana (at somewhere between the 60-90 sec mark for each spec) I turned on viper, continued my same rotation till my mana was full, then switched back to hawk. I noticed survival did last the longest before needing to go to viper but not significantly longer than the other two.

Cooldowns used where stated are rapid fire, call of the wild, loatheb's shadow, kill command. I did not use readiness and I could not get serenity dust to function. On the BM tests the cooldowns also included bestial wrath and rabid.

Note that for marksmanship and survival I was specced improved tracking but the dummies are mechanical and can't be tracked. This would add about 5% dmg, which would be 75-85 dps, which may bring marks on the level of BM, but would still leave survival trailing marks by about 150dps since both specs included it.

I ran 6 tests- unless stated otherwise they all included serpent sting and explosive shot (the ones without serpent and explosive were just to verify I was using the best damage output rotation). Strangely I had better results without cooldowns on one test than with them, probably due to really low crit luck on the other tries.

Total dps: 1807 (1488.8 hunter, 318.2 pet)
Breakdown: 36.1% steady - 36.1% crit, 31.5% auto - 18.2% crit, 25.3% explosive - 37% crit, 7.1% serpent

Total dps: 1877.4 (1560.3 hunter, 317.1 pet)
Breakdown: 35.6% steady - 38.9% crit, 32.6% auto - 33.3% crit, 24.5% explosive - 50% crit, 7.2% serpent

Total dps: 1901.5 (1578.2 hunter, 323.3 pet)
Breakdown: 37% steady - 35% crit, 33.6% auto - 44.2% crit, 21.1% explosive - 36.2% crit, 8.3% serpent

I ran 4 tests with arcane shot included and 2 without. All tests included chimera shot whenever it was up and steady whenever it wasn't (on the arcane tests arcane was used whenever up as well). No tests were run with multishot (I couldn't find a way to test it without hitting the other dummies) or with aimed. All tests include serpent sting. I noticed that my tests without arcane shot did better than the ones with.

Total dps: 2043.9 (1764.2 hunter, 279.7 pet)
Breakdown: 33% auto - 34.5% crit, 26.2% steady - 26.3% crit, 14.4% arcane - 46.2% crit, 12.5% chimera - 30% crit, 7.5% serpent, 4.4% chimera serpent, 1.9% wild quiver - 100% crit

Arcane + cooldowns #2 -
Total dps: 2039 (1757 hunter, 282 pet)
Breakdown: 28.8% auto - 19.3% crit, 25.6% steady - 27.8% crit, 16.7% arcane - 42.9% crit, 11.7% chimera - 18.2% crit, 9.8% serpent, 5% chimera serpent, 2.3% wild quiver - 40% crit

Arcane (no cooldowns) -
Total dps: 1939.5 (1710 hunter, 229.5 pet)

I ran 5 tests, all with serpent sting and steady shot. Strangely the cooldowns and no cooldown tries were pretty similar, in fact the no cooldowns came ahead of all but one cooldown.
