Mana Burn?

I heard it was getting nerfed a decent bit, and warlocks mana drain was increasing, yes or no?
I crit perception so hard that I could see why people love Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

Drain Mana's base effect is increasing by 50% but it is losing its spell damage coefficient.
All mana drain effects are now subject to Resilience using the same formula as DoTs.
