From my experience and reading from others. Arms was wrecking havoc on fury...extremely demolishing....because of crit stacking.. We shall see after the changes to TG and SD pretty significant changes

Yeah, honestly I dont think Blizzard really thought Arms out before they tossed in all its awesome new talents.
