The NPCs just inside the front entrance of Ulduar (like a repair ogre) should no longer despawn.

The Druid Tier 8 Nightsong Battlegear 4 piece bonus should now properly extend the length of Savage Roar.

The Auriaya encounter has received the following changes: The range of Savage Pounce has been slightly reduced, the impact and periodic damage has been reduced in Heroic difficulty, the Guardian Swarm ability now summons 10 Swarming Guardians instead of 25 but their individual damage has been increased.

The reflected damage done by Elder Stonebark with his Petrified Bark ability has been significantly reduced.

In the Hodir encounter, the time to complete the hard mode has been increased to 3 minutes. (This will be applied during maintenance beginning with North America on Tuesday May 5.)

The health of the Heart of the Deconstructor in the XT-002 Deconstructor encounter has been reduced.

In the Thorim encounter, the Iron Ring Guard’s Whirling Trip ability will now only hit the tank.

In the Assembly of Iron encounter, the duration of Overwhelming Power has been increased to 30 seconds in heroic mode and the amount of healing that Steelbreaker receives from Electrical Charge has been reduced to 20% of his max health.

The first pack of trash mobs in the Conservatory of Life has been removed, one of the trash packs in the General Vezax room has been removed, all of the humanoids in General Vezax’s room are no longer immune to stuns, the Faceless Horrors will only go immune and summon Void Beasts once instead of 3 times, and the damage done when a Clockwork Sapper explodes has been significantly reduced.

Im not sure, but the swarm packs did not look like 25 guardians last night... at least not from the angle I was looking from.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. So we probably did get the nerfed version of the encounter.

11/05/2009 - New updates :

Iron Council

Overwhelming Power now causes a meltdown after 30 sec. (Up from 25 sec)

General Vezax

Shadow Crash reduces mana cost by 75% once again. (Old - reduced mana cost to spell casters by 70%)

Auriaya

Savage Pounce range has been reduced from 8-30 yards to 8-25 yards. Damage reduced from 5550-6450 to 2775-3225, additional damage reduced from 4625-5375 to 2313-2687.

If a pet dies from Overwhelming Power on Steelbreaker in Ulduar, Steelbreaker will gain an Electrical Charge.

The Doomguard’s ability Cripple now reduces ranged and melee attack speed by 20% instead of 45%. Cripple's slowing effect does not stack with other slowing effects such as Thunderclap and Infected Wounds.

Thorim's Unbalancing Strike ability will now be used at more consistent intervals.

In order to better reward players for completing hard mode encounters in 10-player Ulduar, we will be updating weapon rewards from these hard mode encounters to an item level of 232 in the next minor patch. Players already with these items should see an increase in the power of these items to better reflect the new item level.

The Yogg-Saron encounter has received the following changes: Death Ray no longer hits players who are under the effect of Malady of the Mind, Guardians of Yogg-Saron no longer use Dominate Mind, the spawn rate of Guardians of Yogg-Saron is more forgiving, and these Guardians will no longer spawn if a player that is protected by Hodir’s Flash Freeze hits an Ominous Cloud.

In the opening sequence of Ulduar you can now see Liquid Pyrite from farther away.

The Flame Leviathan encounter has received the following changes: the bonus health Flame Leviathan receives per tower has been reduced, the ejection height from Flame Leviathan has been reduced, the snare effect of the Tower of Frost has been removed, and the cannons on Demolishers and Siege Enginers should now break Flash Frozen vehicles in 1 shot.

The XT-002 Deconstructor encounter has received the following changes: the health of the heart has been slightly reduced in heroic difficulty and the rate at which Gravity Lapse and Searing Light are cast has been reduced.
