Hey guys, found this on MMO-Champion... things to look out for :

Siege Engines that use Steam Rush while on a ramp sometimes fall through the world.
We currently have no fix for this, the workaround is simply to not cast Steam Rush on the ramps. The ability works fine in the Flame Leviathan fight and other flat ground.

The two trash pulls in front of XT-002 Deconstructor are linked.
UPDATE: We've disabled the XT-002 Deconstructor Trash, but the hotfix will not despawn currently spawned trash. A soft instance reset should hopefully find the trash no longer present, but it's also possible the fix might require a full server restart.

Shattering an Iron Construct in the Ignis the Furnace Master encounter does not properly reduce the number of stacks of Strength of the Creator on Ignis.
UPDATE: This has been hotfixed so that shattering a Construct removes one stack application of Strength of the Creator.

There are reports that players are being melee'd by Ignis while in the slag pot.
We're investigating this.

Other fixes :

Listed below are recent fixes we have applied to the game.

4/16/09

We have made it so player cannot attack additional quest giver NPCs at the Argent Tournament.

Pets have been properly trained to now attack Kologarn when instructed.

Hunter pets should now have their talents refunded when a hunter switches talent specs, even if they are dismissed at the time.

When re-implemented into the game, the trash mobs before XT-002 Deconstructor should be a little easier to defeat.

Blood Boil should no longer penetrate Ice Block or Divine Shield.

Rank 2 of maim should now correctly provide an interrupt effect.

Improved Aspect of the Hawk should no longer allow Rapid Regeneration to provide additional mana beyond the intended scope of the ability.

Players killed or ghosts that move into Crystalsong Forest should now be on a spectral gryphon to ride back to their body.

Champion of the Frozen Wastes should now be able to be completed again.

Lifebloom can no longer be forced to bloom early.

Stunning a druid while not in cat form should no longer remove the Primal Tenacity buff.

The Glyph of Envenom was not supposed to be put into the game and has been removed.

Quest giving NPCs at the Argent Tournament should no longer be able to be attacked by players.

Certain fishing nodes for one of the fishing daily quests should no longer be spawned on land.

The book of glyph mastery has had its drop rate increased.

T.N.T. should now properly increase the damage of Explosive Trap.

The disarm effect from Psychic Horror should no longer be able to be dodged.

Players should no longer be able to equip and soulbind an item they aren’t able to use.

Friday's fixes... soon this will be dubbed the Era of the Unending Patch :

The changes announced late last night are not as prevalent as other days, but are still important none the less. Some of the more interesting fixes for today include:

Fear Ward will now properly be consumed whether a player is sitting or standing.

The Rogue talent Savage Combat should now properly be removed after leaving an arena match.

Greater Blessing of Wisdom and Mana Spring Totem will no longer stack as intended.

The trash mobs before XT-002 Deconstructor have gone through additional changes that should make them a little easier to get through.

The Ocular in Icecrown should be killable again using the quest item Eyesoar Blaster.

The quests "Shatter the Shards" and "The Guardians of Corp'rethar" should be completable again whether or not you are involved in Argent Tournament quests.

The trash mobs before Mimiron have gone through additional changes that should make them a little easier to get through.

The Priest ability Serendipity is now properly consumed when a spell finishes casting and does not affect a second spell.

Nature';s Swiftness should properly affect Rebirth.

The damage of XT-002 Deconstructor's Gravity Bomb ability has been reduced.

Another day, another nerf fets... sheesh.... maybe they should have left the training wheels on or something...

Keep in mind that some of these changes my require the realm to be restarted to take effect.


Fixed an issue where Mimiron could randomly change targets while casting P3Wx2 Laser Barrage in phase 4. It is still possible for it to appear that he is turning quickly for an instant to shoot another direction, but this is just a visual bug that will be resolved in a future patch.

The Auriaya encounter has received the following changes: the damage of Strength of the Pack has been increased, the duration of Terrifying Screech has been reduced, the damage of Sonic Screech has been reduced, and the damage from Seeping Feral Essence has been reduced.

Mimiron should no longer continue to cast Heat Wave after phase 2 is completed.

The Pollinate spell cast by the Forest Swarmer inside of the Conservatory of Life in Ulduar should no longer be spell stealable.

The NPCs in the Hodir encounter will now cast Storm Power and Toasty Fire more quickly after being freed from Flash Freeze at the start of the encounter. Toasty Fire will also be cast more consistently throughout the fight.

you think blizzard would have realized that in the ptr testing they had the best players in the game raiding the encounters. these people are far superior to normal guilds, say... us. do i fault blizzard? no, its not possible to quantify how much better the eliete guilds are to the normal ones. but i would say that 90% of the normal mode encounters should be achieveable with T7 raid gear only.



There is more to life than pew pew you know, like staying out of the fire so you can live to pew pew another day
